Notes

  1. ^ a b c BASA's lists 4 July 2003 as the date for 3 men's short-course relay records set at the 2003 Island Games: the 4×50 free relay (1 July), the 4×50 medley relay (30 June) and the 4×100 medley relay (2 July). However, it is unlikely that all 3 relays took place on the same day at those games. Results from the International Island Games Association indicate the dates listed in parenthesis as the ones on which the various races took place. Also relay order for the medley relays has been changed to what is listed in the results
